Service Options

You have your choice of doing business on a project basis or as an ongoing monthly service package. The compensation agreement, and cost, is based on the scope of services you choose in your project or service package.

Onging Marketing Communications Service Package

This is a retained services agreement.

Service packages are quoted in advance and include a fixed monthly fee based on your specified set of ongoing services.

You may terminate your service package at any time after 60 days with written notice.

Service package payments must be received in advance and are due by the first of each month. Electronic payment with automatic billing is available.

Non-payment will result in termination of service.

There will be no refund of fees received for terminated services.

Project Basis (design, website, illustration, etc.)

All projects are quoted in advance and approved by you prior to services being rendered.

Your changes to the scope of work after services have begun may require services in addition to those originally quoted. In this event, you will be provided a quote(s) for the additional service for approval prior to service continuing.

A 50% deposit is due prior to the start of all projects. The final balance is due at delivery.

Projects may be terminated at any time. Notice of termination must be in writing. An invoice will be issued for any outstanding fees up to the date of termination.

Non-payment will result in termination of service.

There will be no refund of payments received for terminated service.

Expenses

I will assist you in sourcing necessary materials, getting costs from suppliers, recommending sources and coordinating acquisition. We will make arrangements for you to purchase these items directly. I will not be purchasing material goods related to your marketing so I will not bill you for material expenses, or charging a mark-up.
